For many years, our society has been actively promoting mediation education and services, providing professional mediation case services for high-conflict families and offering training courses for different groups.
This year, we have specially compiled a resource booklet titled 'Booklet on Divorce and Maintenance' to assist parents facing divorce in preparing themselves. It provides information on the legal responsibilities, rights awareness, and resources related to divorce. This booklet also encourages resolving divorce matters in a harmonious and rational manner, with an emphasis on the best interests of the children.
