Objective:

• The Mediation Centre provides different tailor-made mediation training courses to schools, government departments, commercial corporations and community groups. It aims at impacting the general knowledge and skills of mediation to facilitate the participants to resolve the conflicts in their daily life and working environment and to promote the building of a harmonious community.

• Analysis on the deep-rooted causes of conflicts

• Theory on mediation and practical skills on conflict resolution

• Skills management on emotion

• Enhance assertive communication skills
